[Solved] Unusual Admin Permission Requests

After running a fix, I noticed that many programs such as task manager and computer management now always ask for administrator permissions. This obviously wasn't happening before, and I was sure I had deselected anything in the fix that would configure such settings.
I don't know what was changed, of course.
The fixes I ran:
04-06
08-26
28-32
After looking through the list, I think 31 was the culprit.

Edit: Apparently the problem just "solved itself", so that's useful to know.
Steps I took between this post and now:
Restarted computer twice.
Reinstalled antivirus.

It was probably the restarts that sorted it.

Had you changed any of the UAC settings prior to running the program ?

No. I don't know what the problem was but I'm glad it's over with.
