Just downloaded tweaking and now unable to open Word or Excel

I just downloaded tweaking and ran the scan and repairs and rebooted. Now I cannot open either Word or Excel. I get this message: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office 16\Apprslv Subsysems32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again  (the disk is about 4,000 miles away). Error status 0xc0000020.  I tried going back to a restore registry point in May but that did not fix things. What can I do?  Thank you.

I'll pass this on as a matter of urgency.

Shane has just released v4.0.22 to address a problem with Windows Update when run on Win 10 1803, so not sure if this relates to your problem.

Which version of Windows are you using ?

EDIT - Have you tried right clicking on them in Programs and Features and selecting the Repair option ?

I've been in contact with Shane and he says WR doesn't touch Office.
