‘An error occurred’

Hello, i am new to the forum.
There’s a outlook ost file that I could open in Dell Inspiron laptop on Windows 8. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘Sorry. an error occurred’.
I am hoping someone in this community could provide me with some answers. Thanks very much in advance for all your help.

As this is a Win 10 update problem then it would be best to contact MS - I don't use or know Outlook.
