Registry backup not working
« on: April 05, 2018, 08:25:18 am »
I have the pro version of windows repair 2018 v.4.0.16 and just recently the registry backup is not loading? The process shows it's running but I cannot get to the backup screen. This just started happening this week and everything else appears to be running correctly. I've uninstalled and reloaded with the same problem

I've recently opened my Pro version and on Jump to Repairs it auto backed up.

Clicking Backup Tools/Restore Registry/Registry Restore, the back up was accessible when I used the dropdown to select it, but I'll pass this on for you.

Can you open the repair program and run the Volume Shadow Copy Service repair and then see if the registry back up works and also check to see if you can create a manual restore point - not using the repair program to do it.
