From what I've read on this, it could be caused by an antivirus Definition update, but I would suggest you see if you have any restore points that will take you back to before this event appeared in Event Viewer.
If you have one to select, check the box to Scan for affected programs as it could have been one of those if any, that is unable to access.
If your machine is otherwise working okay, then you can ignore it where it will probably put itself right.
