That appears to be quite an old update (2014).

Go into Installed Updates and enter KB2685811 into the top right search box, then if it's still installed, right click on it and select Uninstall.

Run the Pre-Scan again to see if it still reports those missing files.

(As far as I know, it's only the Pro version of WR that includes the Package repairs as a separate repair).

You can then do a manual check for updates or manually download your version from - https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB2685811 and run the Pre-Scan again.

Go Start - type disk cleanup and right click on it and select Run as administrator.

This will clean out any obsolete updates and may resolve the Package file problems.

Failing that, as this forum no longer does the Cat & Mum file repairs, I suggest you go to www.sysnative.com forum and open a thread there.

I've seen where someone on there has fixed Package file problems but don't know if they are still there or doing that.

The alternative is to buy the Pro version of WR.

The best alternative is to get missing files:
wdfres.dll.mui
from some other Windows 7 x64 system

Or FULL clean the installation entries of KB2685811 to make sure that the installation does not exist and ask for a new installation, but how?
