There isn't an advanced version of Windows Repair to the current version.
There is only the one version which you can see at
www.tweaking.com that has been improved with modifications, so I don't know what the Dell techs are referring to.
There are free and Pro versions but the repairs are exactly the same in each version.
Did they run the program in Safe Mode with Networking as it's usually an antivirus program that can block.
Did the Dell techs look in Event Viewer to see if it had anything recorded with a time stamp for when the program failed to run ?
