It's getting late here in the UK and I'll be off to roost shortly so I'll give you the steps to manually upgrade to 1607 should you need it.
You will need to create an install disk for 1607.
You can download and Save the Standard 1607 14393 ISO from
http://windowsiso.net/Hover over Win 10 in the top menu bar then over AU 1607 and select Standard where you'll have the choice of 32 or 64 bit when you scroll down for the applicable language.
You can then use Windows own USB/DVD Burner Tool to create the install media of your choice.
http://wudt.codeplex.com/When you have created the install media, open Windows Explorer - This PC - insert the install media and double click on the drive.
A DVD will start the install straight away but if using an USB then when it opens, double click on the setup Application.
It's best to disable any 3rd party antivirus program but Windows Defender shouldn't disrupt the install.
If you are using a 3rd party antivirus program, you could try disabling that to see if the updates will succeed after running those previous commands.
Off to roost now but will be back in about 8 - 9hrs.
