tweaking envelope printer

For some reason my printer says that number 10 envelopes are not supported always get a paper mismatch message,I have used it before and it worked with same envelopes,but had tried to print to a different size envelope which started this now always getting this message any ideas?

Can you see if uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer will clear anything that has become pre-set.

If it still prints text then it won't be the print queue, but something seems to have gotten hung up somewhere.

its printing now,just cannot find the right size everyone I have tried have given me mismatched paper the size I am trying to do is 4 !/8 X 9 1/2   10.4 cm x 24.1  I used to be able toi get it I believe using US custom 10 but that is not working
also was trying to do a envelope 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 it all started after trying this one

May be best to start with a clean slate of an uninstall/reinstall then.

ok,I for now just printed to one of my other printers,for some reason it just decided it didnt like the other.Probably something simple

So did that one accept the envelope size ?

yes it worked,so its not the appI didnt think itwas ,just posted for some ideas.

So that still points to something getting hung up in that other printer.

I think I'd still go for an uninstall, reboot and reinstall of that printer as a start.
