Hi Shane
Trying to back up with the program it shows that Win xp sp3 shadow copy does not work and the program shows that it uses fallback method instead. Please see the attached Win`s error, is there anything I can do to activate the shadow copy? Thanks.

See if any of these fixes repairs the VSS for you first

Let me know if any of them help and if not we will keep digging and see if we can find the fix. And if we find one that isnt on that help page I will get it added

I just put out v1.4.2 make sure to update to that as well

Well, that was faster than I thought it will take, it worked already by solution#1

And fixed while still on V1.4.0.1.
