Question AFTER successful Windows Repair

Hello Forum,
I experienced and posted the successful use of the Windows Repair Tool just recently and am a happy camper.
Howerer - I noticed that after using the tool several, older Optional Windows Updates re-appeared in Update Check. There are e.g. older Intel System and Intel Graphics Adapter updates and a couple of Windows 7 for 64-based ones - some from 2016, some are years old.

My question: does the tool uninstall certain updates that it finds unnecessary or harmful?
If so, should I leave it at that or re-install?
If the tool found these updates unnecessary I guess there is a reason for that - as the machine works fine so far.

So-in general and out of curiosity -can the tool be tweaked to leave updates alone?
                                                       can the tool be tweaked to leave Services settings alone?

- The program simply resets the ENTIRE "Windows Update" (WU) (sub-)system (repair #17). To be able to exempt Updates one needs to know what's going on inside the intricate program code of WU. And I fear Microsoft won't or doesn't provide that info.
- WU is intelligent enough to rebuild the info from scratch that's needed for a well functioning WU system. So, when you run Windows Update again then Updates that were "hidden" re-emerge again. That's one reason why I never use the "Automatic installation of Updates" option. I want to be in control of what WU installs.

- To be able to "repair" Windows Repair performs a combination of resetting, stopping & starting a number of Services. And that combination may not be to the liking of the user. Therefore repair #27 allows the user to customize the start-up state of the Services. See the info pane of repair #27 for more details.

Yes-I also only update manually with occasionally not knowing if an optional one should be ignored.

But are you saying that Tweak Tool only resets the general functions of WU ... but does NOT pick certain updates to tinker with?
That if I see older updates re-emerge, they are hiden ones and it's Windows that suggests them again?
That I can hide them again and would NOT counter any repairs that the tool made?

- You'll have to re-hide those unwanted Updates again. There's no way around that.
- Personally I Always install ALL "Important" updates and only selectively (say 90%) install "Optional" updates. MS provides a weblink for each of those Updates.

- Customization of Services: I have disable the Windows Search Service.
