As far as I know, it's only setting the apps to default isn't it ? - or are you experiencing other problems ?

Thanks Shane and Boggin.......I didn't mean to come across as an ass......after going back and reading my post, I guess I took out some of my frustration with WINDOWS issues on yall.......it was not intended. I just never posted for help here and when Shane don't reply I guess I got a little impatient........not knowing what to expect.

I ended up reinstalling windows 10. Question........if my system is running ok after I install all drivers and such........does  TP ( when working right  ) make windows 10 run better ? Or should I go with the old saying that if its not broken, don't fix it?  then again......windows 10 is broke outtta the box.........

The last email I got from Shane on this was that the problem was due to what MS had done to Win 10 with the August Update and that he was still trying to find a way around it.

No update on whether he was successful but that he is now working on V4.0 of WR as time permits.

We'll have to see how it evolves, although this doesn't immediately address your current problem.

I think everyone will get Peed off with MS at some point in time - just don't shoot us - we are only the messengers
