can't launch the program after install..see error screenshot

Hi

I bought a pro edition installed it but never used a few weeks ago...
these last days I wanted to use it  => can't launch the program, I uninstalled and reinstalled : same error, see screenshot
any idea?

setup: latest win 10 pro (legit) version , and  latest version of tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio_setup.exe
and didn't find a clue with google...

I received the same error message under win 7 - with the two last version of Windows Repair (exe or portable) - during program startup and during his uninstall !

I havent been able to find a fix for this yet. It isnt my program itself but it is the protection that I use to protect the exe. When i search up this error a lot of programs and games that protect their exe comes up. Turns out that a call to a windows file is failing and so far for everyone who got an error like this it turned out to be there system files where messed up.

If you havent yet, try this

Open a cmd.exe window as administrator and run this command

sfc /scannow

For some users it wasnt messed up system files it turned out to be their antivirus program and running the program in sandbox mode. Have you tried running the program in safe mode? If not open up msconfig.exe and go to the boot tab and put a check on safe boot and but the option on networking and reboot. This ill set it to always boot like this so once in safe mode open msconfig.exe again and take the check off the safe boot to have it be back to normal

Scannow has repaired some files but even after reboot, it did not resolved the problem.
The program works on the other hand in safe mode.
It always worked so far in Win7 and Win8.1.
The problem appears for the first time with the penultimate version and only in Win 7.

I tried
- sfc /scannow as admin
ok nothing wrong

- then reboot in safe mode and...
ok I was able to launch the program , in free mode, and btw in safe mode I can't use my registration #, it accepts it, asks to restart the program, but nada the app restart in free mode, so I loose the benefit of registration... 
finally, after a repair, I rebooted in "normal" mode....and retried to launch again tweaking-Windows repair: impossible, always the same error window I already posted

definitively there's an incompatibility but with ?....FYI: I remember, a few months ago, I used a couple of times tweaking-Windows repair without any problem (on my  win 10)....
