I have problem with Security Center and Windows Firewall - their services are disabled after each new restart of system. I have to enable them and then start manually trough services.msc console. Bat after restart the same issue appears...
The issue is that after a reboot the registry settings revert back to their original settings! I thought this might be in a group policy pushing down the settings - but I couldn't find it there.
I couldn't find it in a login script or startup script - and if I just simply log off and log on as different users the settings don't change - it's ONLY after a reboot.
After all virusses removal (windows defender, MBM, Hitman, RougeKiller, Esset Virus Scan) I tried the tweaking.com to repair the registry permissions, but that particulary repair always failed, even in Safe Mode! Strange is, that in Safe mode I can not modify the Registry Keys at all: I become a message
Error Editing Value - Cannot edit regkey_name: Error writing the values´s new contents. The permission for this key but seems to be correct: I have Full access effective permissions...
Please have you any idea what wrong?
