Unable to apply pro key after last update

I have installed the pro code in regular mode and it was accepted. Then close and reopen and reboot program and it then wants pro code applied again, but will not accept the code. This after last update. Windows 10 after upgrade.

99 times out of 100 this is because the key or id was typed in incorrectly.  The ID is case sensitive and no spaces. So you have to type it in exactly how you did when you ordered it.

I have the same problem after updating to 3.9.11, but only on Windows 10 PC not Windows 7.
