Do you have the most up to date versions of those ?
I've found that when a program becomes buggy, a reinstall normally resolves, unless there's a conflict with something else on your machine.
This can be determined to see if the problem persists in Safe Mode or in a clean boot.
To perform a clean boot in Win 7, go Start - type msconfig and press enter.
Under the Startup tab, click on Disable all - Apply - OK and then restart when prompted.
If your antivirus program is listed among those, then leave that box checked.
If there's still no improvement then under the Services tab, check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services (and this is a must) then hit Disable all - Apply - OK and restart.
That will just disable the non-MS services.
If there's any improvement after either step then go to the relevant tab and just re-check the box for one item - Apply - OK and restart, repeating those steps until the problem returns and then leave that one unchecked.
To return to a normal boot, on the first msconfig page, check the Normal start button and then go back to uncheck the offending item - Apply - OK and restart.
