Not sure whether this is academic as I'm intending to upgrade this Win 7 laptop to Win 10, but having run the Reparse Repairs on the 63 it had snagged, they remain as being unrepaired after a second Pre-Scan.
Info at the bottom of the Pre-Scan said 0 system files so they may not be significant, but following a factory reset, Windows Updates have been unobtainable.
Also 3.9.5 seems to be a bit large for a laptop's screen resolution in Safe Mode with the red X just about reachable.
