Which safe mode to use

I have tried just plain #4 safe mode, #5 safe w/networking!! They work then sometimes they don't!!!
So what to do,  I run Tweak once a wk, start it when I go to bed, some mornings it's done, other
mornings it stuck on repair #7(IE) or #8(Madc), been running 8 or 9 hrs!! What is the deal? HP15-g013dx,
IE11, Win 8.1 :thinking:

huh weird can you show me the log file? I want to see what it says, another thing is do you see any read or write speeds on hdd what about cpu usage? when the repairs are ran that is.
