Locking/unlocking a topic
« on: May 06, 2016, 02:34:40 am »
Hi y'all,

I don't know where to put this question, so I ended up here.

I have an update on my latest topic but it is locked. "Desktop suddenly slow", last entry April 4.

How did it get locked and can it get unlocked?

I didn't put "solved" as it wasn't finished yet.

Thanks!

Lady

A thread is locked when there hasn't been any activity in it for 30 days.

When it auto locks we as moderators can go to that thread and hit modify on the first post of that thread then UN tick the locked box and hit save changes. That's it 😎
