Try Editpad Lite
https://www.editpadlite.com/

EditPadLite not support many character / words

I wrote to support a some the best text editor that supports up to 200,000,000,000 line 200+ GB
I do not know if it supports a lot of characters, words. I'm waiting for an answer .

You should be able to search or copy very large files.

Do you have enough available memory in the system temporary folder, you can check the folder in the Advanced tab of the Customize dialog box, and you will see the available memory size in the Large File Controller.

I need a lot of RAM (128GB)
or if do not have enough memory, need free hard disk space (100-200 GB)

Not a lot I can do about that other what I've previously suggested - split the doc up into manageable sections.

Divided into hundreds of parts? - Inefficient, a waste of time.

Change the engine regular expressions Boost Regex to Onigmo
Now it is working.
Solution:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oniguruma
“Onigmo” as the regular expression engine.
