Reinstalling tweaking .com Problems

  I have tried reinstalling on windows 7 and when the check starts it says there are two files missing or corrupted. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same results.
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match:files\registry_backup_tool\files\icon2png
(Expected MD4:19AD11D7991A69287ACE448BCF9FAEBD)
(Returned MD4:94E8E40C1F943EBOAB64B013DE2B3A4D)

  Have now resolved reinstalled backup and cleared Problem   Thanks  x

Have you tried installing on top of the existing install, but try it in Safe Mode with Networking should a 3rd party program you have installed is the cause.

hmm sounds like something messed up the install disable the anti virus you are using or try installing via safe mode.
