In windows 10, the software installed and ran the " windows reapir " and when you run step 1 and restart the PC to start  in safe mode, only open the blue intarface off repair options but ,can not open windows in any option only re-start in the same interface and run cmd console.

helpme please.

Have you tried booting up into Safe Mode with Networking first and then running the program ?

You may have to Ethernet connect to get Internet connectivity.

yes but it can not start only re-star the blue interface  any off 9 options

Which 9 options are you referring to and are you in the UI where it lists the repairs ?

Can you open the program in normal mode and post a screen shot to describe what you are seeing.

i try with
the 9 options off start
safe mode,
Safe Mode with Networking,
low resolution,
without drivers ... etc

and do not start

I think it was damaged boot record

Will it boot into Safe Mode when you use msconfig ?

the all in one windows repair software by tweaking.com do it automatically and restart automatically

i only click  accept

I'm just trying to find out if the actual machine will boot up into Safe Mode.
