Run "Process Explorer" (autochange in value - graphs and numerical values) cause ""Pulsating sound" in the power supply.
It isn't really loud, just a low, deep pulsating sound coming from the case. It isn't fast pulsating but it'll hum for about 5 seconds then be quiet for about 1 1/2 seconds then humm for about 5 seconds . . .etc.
