AUTO 50%
Minimum 35%


I want to reduce from 50%(currently value) to, say 40-45% (noise reduction)
I click on the icon CPU Fan Mode, but can not change (but it should be possible for my graphic card !!)

EVGA PrecisionX  (it is possible to regulate the FAN SPEED)
but the application to damage the graphics card and monitor, so I'm not going to risk 2x.

I do not like this app!
This application NEVER works with my graphics card!
Test: XP, 7 and 3 different graphic cards and NEVER WORKS!

Such solutions NEVER, EVER solve this problem!

Speed Fan = Overrated software for little children.

If fans appear to be working harder than they should or are causing undue noise then in the first instance you should check the temps and noise can come from an imbalance on the blades because of dust build up or distortion.

Keep it simple before you go looking for something to stick a thumb over the end of the hose pipe instead of turning the tap off.

So this is the setting permanent

It should automatically regulate the fan speed + 35% ... 100% (depending on the temperature 65oC IGPU, which is not too high - I do not play games, do not make any other strenuous activity)

I do not use such tools may cause damage to hardware.

I've used it on my laptops before and the fan topped out the temps at 65ºC which is why I think your 65 is a bit on the high side for normal use, although they are only Radeon HD3200 and HD6310 respectively.

Have you physically checked connections ?

So perhaps its Nvidia's own monitor that is causing the fan to run at 50% all of the time if it thinks it is running hotter than it should be ?

Hm, I do not know, I have to do the test. Uninstalls applications and see how it performs.

You have to take in to fact design of the graphics cards I have a gtx 960 and that card gets overclocked  by 100mhz won't ever pass 60c now at idle fan rpm 0  and fan speed is 22% the card will shut the fans off if it does not need to be on.

Keep in mind the different aspects:
The technological process of the GPU (the less nano-meters, the better - less heat up, less power consumption)
My card is quite old, but still suitable for everyday work.
I do not play no games, I do not have time for this, and does not deal with such things.

may have to check the level of dust on the fans cooling the graphics card and processor MUGEN, but tomorrow ... although a few months with compressed air ...
