error in the OneNote file
« on: February 18, 2016, 10:30:58 am »
Good day,
I’m using the Notes of 2007 and unexpectedly when you open a file, encountered an error: "One note can not access the OneNote cache file. It may be corrupted. OneNote will restart and create a new cache file. Error code 0xE0000138"
How to solve the problem I do not know, reinstall the application does not work, there may be some more ideas?

To recover your information from a section file backup, do one of the following below or alternative solutions might be following threads as an additional sources of info concerning OneNote data corruption

You can restore notebook sections or entire notebooks by using OneNote backup files. For each section that you restore, OneNote creates a new section in your notebook with the name Section Name (On Date), where Section Name is the name of the original section and Date is the date the section was last saved.
1.   On the File menu, click Open Backup.
2.   In the Open Backup dialog box, in the Backup folder, double-click the notebook folder that contains the file or files that you want to restore.
3.   Select one or more backup files to restore, and then click Open.
TIP   To select more than one file at a time, hold down CTRL and click each file that you want.
