How to

I recently used tweak and after running my comp was in my mind destroyed.

I now have no winapps working, No Edge, no start button, can not use restore, and cmd or powershell will not accept fixes.

HELP?

- Can you provide more details on e.g. what programs you uesd/ran ? And on what kind of version of Windows ?
