Running the app to solve some problems in the windows register, the app has stopped because of a problem with appcrash.

Any idea about how to solve it?

Thanks

Need some more details.

Which OS version are you using and what is the error message you are getting and have you run the program in Safe Mode with Networking and a chkdsk /f prior to running the program ?

Hello, thanks for your answer

I am speaking about the Windows 7 Ultimate, I am running the program in safe mode with networking and a chkdsk/f prior the running.

It seems that in a moment of the process, the program starts to give error messages because it can't find some files and stop working.

If you need the concret message, I can send to you, but it is something regarding appcrash app.

It's just that Shane would need the message so as to investigate.

Do you have a timed stamped Event ID 1001 in Event Viewer which may give more details ?

Hello:

The problem has been solved. I don't know why, but I ran the app one more time and all was right.

Thank you for your help.

That's good news.

I'll add Solved to your thread title which you can also do by clicking on Modify in your opening post and adding that to the title.
