schedule
« on: July 23, 2012, 10:17:21 am »
Hello
Although I have other threads with this information, I have just reinstalled and wanted to start  from scatch.
Regarding the scheduling, is there a default schedule that I should see when I click on edit schedule, or should I create schedule and create one in the task scheduler?
If I need to work in the TS are there any doubtful check boxes or tricky areas that you can caution me about?
If I do not want a schedule, I can just run manually.
Should I then delete schedule or is there none if I have not created one?
Thank you
Peter

When you have the program create the schedule it is making the schedule in the Windows task scheduler for you.

Then when you click edit schedule the task scheduler will open. There you will see a list of current scheduled tasks. You will see one named "Tweaking.com - Registry Backup"

By default I have it set to run every time you reboot Windows. This is normally a good time to have it do it. Because all reg keys have been written and everything is coming up from a fresh boot.

I have set a schedule backup for 4:30 today. If it goes well I will continue with the task scheduler and also manual backups. If not, I'll use manual. I am getting more fmailiar with the program and the TS.
