Deleting microsoft error code 0x80073b01

I  have read somwhere that windows repair will remove this error code,  but have no idea how to do this,   this occured after i removed MSE  bcause it froze and i could not reinstall,  the pop up with the error code appeared,    I  dont believe this is an infection,

When an AV program stops working, it's always best to run an antimalware scan as disabling an AV program is one of the first things an infection does.

It may well be something else, but you should still run a scan with a robust scanner first to ensure that your machine is clean.
