2013 Dell Win 8.1.
Upgraded to pro & ran it 2 times.These were there before upgrading. When I hit the windows key and the X key then click on the Control Panel I get the control panel page but nothing is in it and I can not X out of the page ? None of the controls on the page work.
When I swipe down(Touch screen) the page collapses and can not be seen & if I click on other desktop icons they work.If I try to go to desktop I get the blank control panel. The only way I have found to get rid of the Control Panel page is to reboot.
When in your accounts the page stays blue with the timer circle just going round & round
when trying to open pictures I get no pictures & the timer just keeps scrolling across the top of the page.
After booting, the first time when I open a file it works fine. Then when I close it & try to open another file I must wait 1-1/2-2 minutes, then I can open & close files at will ?
After your help Mon. things are MUCH better!
