Need some Help solving this program issue

Programs starts, this message pops up first;

Have installed, - Re-installed already...

Have searched the registry for any part of the error code, comes up zero
Have searched for any part of the error code on the hard disk comes up zero

What does it call too?

Have reviewed; did most or all of those except a malware scan.

those issues are; unrelated to the xtml error references which when run a search, can not find anywhere in the system...

search of the registry does not find any references, not even of GF.DLL file to call too

it only occurs when opening the program. MSFT records the error;

Usually when a program's .dlls become corrupt or missing, an uninstall/reinstall normally does the job but you have already done that.

Uninstall the program with an Uninstaller like IOBit Uninstaller then try the malware scan with the free version of MBAM and/or AdwCleaner or Junkware Removal Tool should you have picked up something else that has caused disruption and then reinstall the program.

as one can imagine; have unistalled and installed, ran adwcleaner,
I wont install MBAM as it later turns into ransomware...


QQINT; you can download the program, install it, see if you can help to find this error, it been an issue a long time; not only for this program...
Please note; some junkware removal tools find it as junkware.... (it isn't)

Issue; saved a backup of history, files, notes, etc... after re-installed; copied those files back to the main directory where they are saved...
then, the problem occurs...
