Windows repair is getting the unknown publisher??? or is this another program that is getting this Unkown publisher?
If its the repair tool program that shane made then....
hmmmmmm usually If a program has been properly 'installed' via the 'trusted installer' then these messages tend to be suppressed. That is something Shane has to answer. I would leave it be untill he responds to this post so if he needs you to debug something then you can help him.

yeah I could not see it in the video can you hit alt+prt screen key and paste it to paint
that should do a whole screen capture and you will be able to edit that capture to take out other background stuff if you don't want that shown.

alt+prt screen key won’t work while UAC is in there so any other idea ?

since when lol?
edit:

1) gpedit.msc
 2) Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\SecurityOptions.
 3) Change “User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop when prompting for elevation” to disabled.

since the UAC is popping in the screen

i have more time to check the problem and it happened again with other software's so I really don’t know where the problem is  I've noticed that the problem occurred after I do a repair install

Thats odd, my program is signed, you can right click on the program and go to properties, there you should see the digital signature tab, showing that it is signed. If the program file itself is changed in anyway then the digital signature is removed, so let me know if that tab is there or not.

That is a problem with the UAC and not pulling the signature, either because of an antivirus getting in the way or just something wrong with the UAC, I havent looked into it yet so I am not sure, but it is the UAC that is popping up the box, so it would make sense that it is also going and looking for the cert.
