Sent PMs (Solved)

Hi Shane,

Is it possible to review sent PMs on the forum as I've found I can only check the ones I've received - unless my eyes are failing me again

Should, when you go to "My messages" at the top of the page and it loads look over to your left, right under where it says inbox it will say sent items.

Not getting that Shane - when I click on My Messages it takes me straight to the Inbox with the list of received PMs.

Found it - need to click on Messages after clicking on My Messages, but it is showing as empty when there show be a few.

I searched and found that you have to go to your profile settings then personal messaging and put a check on "Save a copy of each personal message in my outbox by default."

Otherwise there is a check box when you send a message to save it but it is unchecked by default. I checked and there is no way for me to enable it by default.

The creators of the forum software must have it set to off by default to keep the database from being filled with sent items lol

I tend to keep an eye on the build up of my PMs as on most forums there's a limit where you can no longer receive any more, but this forum is the first where the Sent aren't saved by default - Sorted
