No Confirmation e-mail

Last night I signed  up for the Pro version 3.1.3.  It has been 24 hrs, but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail.  The order # is below:

Looks like my shopping cart is having trouble right now as I cant pull up any reports to find out what is going on with it.

I did email them though asking about it :wink:

I got an answer, look like paypal refused it.
