Cant reset my Asus laptop! "...repair has failed to start 4 times..."

Please help! All i want to do is reset my laptop. I lost Permissions and cant seem to gain it back, whatever I do.
Any your help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Something is keeping the repair from running.

Try running the repairs in Windows Safe Mode. (This will keep 3rd party programs from getting in the way of the repairs)

You could try to see if it will let you create another admin account and then see if this article will help. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/509474/reset-all-user-permissions-to-default/

If you can boot up into Safe Mode to use Safe Mode with Command Prompt, that should run the Command Prompt as an admin. http://www.7tutorials.com/5-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-8-windows-81

To close the command prompt in that mode, enter shutdown /r and that will reboot the machine back into normal mode.

Did you make sure to run all the repairs in windows safe mode?

Hi, If your computer is not affected with any malware, then i say that all in one tool in safe mode could fix all permission issues to default. Instead of clicking all the repair, you could choose safe mode and permission to run. It will fix all permission issues. It is my experience whenever access problem occurs.
                           If it fails, then run malwarebytes and see the result to confirm that it is a malware infection that deletes the general permission. Hope that this helps
