Outlook 2010
« on: June 06, 2012, 05:49:30 pm »
Hi Shane,

I recently started using outlook 2010 and it is using about 211 meg of ram. Have you seen this happen before? I leave it open. I just minimize it to the system tray. Cleanmem doesn't even touch it.

I dumped outlook a long time ago and have been using thunderbird.

If cleanmem doesnt lower it then that means that memory is in use and outlook is using it all.

lol might as well.

I would think outlook 2010 would use more memory. With memory being so cheap and so much in new systems I could see MS storing more in memory. Which is a good thing, memory is dang fast!
