Repair MSI Fails to Start

- Did you (temporarily) disable your Anti Virus before running the program ?

- I don't know whether or not that stand alone repair has been updated or not.
- So, download Windows Repair All in One and run it. I assume there's more going on than a "broken" MSI.

Tweaking_ras.exe in the files folder is used to run the repairs under the system account, make sure your Antivirus isnt blocking it.
Please post in the Tweaking.com forums for support.

- Did you run the first 5 repairs as well ? If no, then do that and run "Repair MSI" as well.

Something is keeping the program from running the repair as the system account.

It is always best to run the program in safe mode to make sure no 3rd party programs get in the way, have you do that yet?

Yes, ran the first 5 repairs.  Didn't try safe mode, will try that.

Safe mode worked.   :smiley:    Thanks for the help!

Didn't fix the problem I was hoping to fix but at least it ran so that is good.

Thats why I have the program let people know safe mode is the best place to run it. Even when you disable your AV it isnt all the way disabled lol
