What happened to my turn MSFT features on or off?

Can not run repair re-install/upgrade Windows until we uninstall Powershell which we can not do because Windows Features is BLANK SCREEN

Hence the HIGH ALERT!

That list will be blank if it encounters ANY errors at all reading the files. It reads the packages files and if it has even 1 error it just bombs out instead of moving on.

Run the pre repairs scan tool in the newest windows repair and see if it reports any missing or corrupt packages files.

Shane

I added some additional remarks; please note, we need to remove powershell before doing a upgrade repair.
I renamed the powershell folder and the registry key.

Kindly note that when telling people upgrade repair issues.
