I truly feel that Shane went above and beyond the call of duty today. For me mostly, but by taking over my computer for most of this afternoon, he's now armed with more ammunition to make the Windows All-In-One Repair software even better! And the Windows Store now works as it should! He also fixed many other hiccups on my computer, including User Profile Service errors, among others. My Event Viewer is showing no more errors since Shane fixed everything today! Kudos and a big thanks to you, Shane.
I am so happy that I don't have to reinstall/refresh/repair my Windows 8.1 on my new computer. Yet, it's rather interesting that both Microsoft and Dell felt that was the only thing I could do and as Shane found out, that would not have fixed the problems! Microsoft and Dell could learn a thing or two from Shane!
