The repair volume shadow copy repair is normally very fast, so it looks like one of the commands that it is calling is simply hanging and not running.

So lets find out what command is having the problem, in the program, before you get to the repairs, go to the settings tab, there on the right side you will see a check on hide output to cmd.exe window. take that check mark off.

Now go to the repairs and run repair 19. This time when it looks like it hasnt moved forward you will see the cmd.exe window open, take a screen shot of that for me so i can see the command it is on.

:artist: No command window opens, instead the log says "Repair failed to start, restarting" & stays there. However this only happens if I run all repairs. If I restart & run 19 on its own it's fine, runs & repairs.

Does the same thing happen if you run the repairs in safe mode?

Thanks, finally got into safe mode with networking using the msconfig 2nd tab "Boot". Clean reboot, and all repairs ran with no problems. Appreciate your support
