RegSvr32 error not repaired by first run of T.c -WIN Repair v2.10.2

How do I correct the following RegSvr32 error that re-appeared after first run of Tweaking.com -WIN Repair v2.10.2*:
"The module
C:\Users\PattyK\AppData\Local\Netscape\nvdxgiwrap.dll
failed to load.

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it
to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files

The specified module could not be found."{See 1st attachment}

When I attempt to go to the stated path I find the .DAT file:
C:\Users\PattyK\AppData\Local\Netscape\nvdxgiwrap.dat ."{See 2nd attachment}

Details of OS & Hardware:
OS is WIN7 Premiere;
hardware is a SONY VAIO VPCL 214 FX/B & is detailed on
3rd attachment-"Basic PC Info." & 4th attachment-"Device Manager".

NOTE: PattyK is my Bride of 51Yrs,5Mo.,12 days. She looks to me to maintain our "Electronic thingees" & I am letting her down on this matter. Help, please.

My program doesnt look for or touch nvdxgiwrap.dll

I think the error is a program in your startup trying to use that. Have you tried disabling your startup items to see if the error goes away? You can do that with msconfig

Hi, Shane , I think it is malware problem. He could download malware bytes and check for any malware and remove. If he is having avast, he could also check bootscan. Your idea of startup problem is also possible fix.If that is not, he could check his computer with ccleaner, malware bytes  Otherwise do the following
Press Start and select Run
 Type CMD and press Enter
 Type regsvr32 nvdxgiwrap.dll and press Enter
 you will get success message if it is properly registered
