Can't connect to any network and trouble in windows time (SOLVED)

Graphics : Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset

Network Adapter : Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
I can't connect to a network and no one can connect me
also internet time isn't working : "Unable to start windows time service"
This happened after i missed up services
i tried tweaking AIO windows repair and nothing
is there any thing else related to this
help please

What were you doing with the services ?

First thing to try are your restore points prior to this.

If the restore points report as unsuccessful then try them in Safe Mode.

You haven't said if you get an error code with this but you could try the steps in this article http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-time-service-not-working-synchronization-fails-error

I followed a wrong Tutorial
i didn't make a restore points before that other restore points are old.

Your restore points are still your best bet and if you click on Scan for affected programs after selecting one, that will list what you may have to reinstall.

It's possible opening a command prompt as an admin and running sfc /scannow would restore those services - give that a try first.

Actually i tried system file checker and nothing
i checked my restore points and discovered it's deleted !
anyhow just tell me what's the causes (all causes) of this error : 0x80070035 please

You haven't said if you tried the steps in that article I'd linked.

As for the cause(s) - what exactly did you do in services and can you post a link for that tutorial you said you'd followed.

Depending upon what you did in services could also have deleted your restore points.

Basically, because we don't know what you have done, we are working blind.

What did the previous sfc /scannow report ?

Double check the date and time on your system, if it is wrong then Windows wont let the network connect properly to other systems.

Also disable any firewall programs you have (Such as if your antivirus has one)

But internet and such do work correct?

i was trying to do a clean boot  i followed that:

The  sfc /scannow  told me "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

I reset my services to default using

so the services isn't the problem

If you've reset the clock and it is now showing the correct time, open a command prompt as an admin and enter -

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

exit

Now reboot to see if you regain connectivity.

If it still fails then you'll need to check that the Network services are started by going Start - type services.msc and press enter.

Their start up type should be Automatic or Manual

If a service is not running, click on it to highlight then click on Start (top left).

If it fails to start then right click to open its Properties and check the Dependencies and that each of them are running.

I followed what you said twice and nothing happened please read this again
when i Turns on pc and opens internet time and change settings and clicks update now the following happens:
Unable to start windows time service.Please try again later.
when i start windows time service :
an error occurred while windows was synchronizing with time.windows.com (there are 5 servers all of them gives me that message except
time-a.nist.gov it gives me that:
an error occurred while windows was synchronizing with time-a.nist.gov.The operation returned because the timeout period expired.
The clock was most recently synchronized on 25/11/2014 ...etc)
And anything else about the network problem?or we gonna solve time first?

I think we need to get the Network sorted first, although I'm not sure how it managed to sync when you don't have an Internet connection.

The Timeout error could be because of a lack of connectivity.

As long as the clock is correct you don't need to have it sync'd for now and I don't think a few seconds would make any difference.

Which security programs do you have installed ?

Have you checked to see if you have a connection when booted up into Safe Mode with Networking ?

Have you been into Device Manager/View/Show hidden devices and checked for any yellow alerts, red crosses or any downward pointing black arrows ?

Are there also any Unknown Devices entries ?

You haven't said what you are using to post, but are you able to open a command prompt on the affected computer and enter ipconfig /all after wiring it up and then copy the output to the reply box.

To copy the command window output, right click in the text area and click on Select all then press enter - you can then paste that into a Notepad or Wordpad doc and copy it across using either an USB stick or CD/DVD.

Also try this, share a folder on the computer then see if you can get to it from the same system.

So example, my computer name is "smc" I share a folder on it and put in a file. Then I go to start and run and put in \\smc

When I hit enter it should open the window showing the shared folder and then double click on the folder and see if it opens for you.

I want to see if you are able to have the system see its own shares on the network. That will at least point me in the right direction of where to look.

As you are able to connect in Safe Mode with Networking there's no need to post your ipconfig /all.

I don't know what MSF32 is but create a restore point then right click on MSF32 and select Uninstall then click on Action/Scan for hardware changes - although I don't think it is relevant to connectivity as you can connect in Safe Mode with Networking unless it's causing an IRQ conflict in Normal mode where it would be loaded.

If its a missing driver, then Windows will reinstate it.

When you can get a connection in Safe Mode with Networking but not in Normal mode, it's either your AV program, an infection or something in your Startup items in msconfig - I use Norton 360.

Can you do a manual check for updates for ESET - sometimes a buggy Definitions update can block connectivity.

If you don't have the free version of MBAM installed, boot up into Safe Mode with Networking and download and run it. https://www.malwarebytes.org/ - Decline the Pro version free trial.

If it's still a no go in Normal mode then perform a clean boot.

In a clean boot all your Startup items and non-MS services are disabled except your AV program as that will reinstate itself, so if you get a connection in the clean boot - it won't be ESET that's blocking but if you still cannot connect, that would normally point to your AV and a reinstall of it may be needed.

Re-enable ESET before checking for Definition updates and leave enabled for the clean boot.

Just looking at yours specs in your opening post - do you not have a wireless card fitted ?

Might have been the best thing to do anyways, when that error comes up when even trying to view the computers own network shares it means that some of the network services and settings are corrupt, so reinstalling Windows just saved you a ton of time trying to trace done what to reset
