NEED HELP!!

trying to run repair after install of updated Tweaking program ...
Have Avast AV which was diabled for repair run but after five trys, still getting some kind of intereference so repairs won't start

The current repair has failed to start 5 times.
Something is keeping the repair from running.

It couldnt even start the first repair, which means that something is keeping the tweaking_ras.exe file from running. That is the file used to run the repairs under the system account.

Is there anything in the event viewer about it, also go to the files folder in the program folder and post the tweaking_ras.exe.manifest file for me. I have had a few people who had the manifest file messed up somehow and it kept the file from working, so I want to see if the file is correct.

I think on that one I need to embed the manifest file into the exe so that will stop happening.
