power reset

The first step in windows repair is to do a power reset.  How do I do that on a Surface Pro 2 since the battery cannot be removed?

If you are unable to then you can skip that. The step is for anything that you are able to remove the battery from, laptops, towers and such. But if they make it to where you cant remove the battery then the only way is to let the battery drain completely, but I doubt you want to wait for that lol
