Tweaking program will not start.

I have an ASUS G74sx LT 3 years old and have been using the tweaking software to keep it more efficient and to work out some of the problems that I have with it running slow, etc.

I have posted below the system variables and the response that I get now.  Prior to this version of tweaking the software always started up and had a positive impact on improving performance for a time.  Now, it will process all the optional items in the tweaking program but when repairs are started they never get past the clean memory stage.  I am not very familiar with windows 7 or how to diagnose and correct my hardware/software issues on my own, but I can follow directions as long as they work, and I can also document and transmit any outcomes positive or negative but if someone can give me some suggestions and/or direction it would be greatly appreciated.

The program runs some of the repairs as the system account, which it uses the file tweaking_ras.exe in the files folder. If that file is unable to run then you get the problem you are having.

Did you check to see if your antivirus might be blocking it? Did you disable your AV before running the repairs?

Yes I did disable the firewall and antivirust other than malwarebytes, but I have left that on every time previously and no issue, but I will attempt whatever you suggest.

In the old versions of the program it would keep on going even if the tweaking_ras.exe wasnt able to run. Which means the repair wouldnt actually run.

Do me a fav and in the files folder of the program, attach the tweaking_ras.exe.manifest file for me. I want to make sure the file is proper as I have seen on some users machines where something messed up that file and so the exe couldnt run. You can also check the event viewer to see if there is any errors about the file as well.
