I recently lost internet explorer and to try to rectify the problem I downloaded from tweaking .com. The problem now is that I get the blue screen with other - user name and password. Have tried to start in safe mode but it always goes back to the same screen. Does anyone know the user name and password for this programme.

Thanks for rapid reply unfortunately can't send pic as can't enter system. The screen is usual blue with small square button which says other. When I press it I am asked for user name and password. I have today tried a system repair disc with no success as I cannot get into BIOS to change order.
