Hi all,
My Palemoon browser connects to the net but all of a sudden Internet explorer doesn't
Ive reset all settings and services re-installed modem
and IE
Reregistered dll,s etc
Done virus scans(nothing so far,avast,rootkits,Malwarebytes)
IE still wont connect
ideas anyone?

What about firefox or chrome? Have you tried those as well?

I just want to see if it is a broken IE or something else in the system

Thanks for your reply and a great site
I tried a new Firefox and it connects fine
Im wondering now if its viral even though nothing showed up yet?
Have run Fix IE repair tool and D7 repair utility but no improvement
Java issue,ActiveX,Virus?
Stumped

Go to control panel and then internet options.

Once open click on the connections tab, then click the lan settings button.

Get a screen shot of that for me.

Hi Shane
Have checked all settings and re registered everything
run dial a fix
seems i have some corrupt system files

ive put this through bleeping computer
malware response just to eliminate that
working on replacing files now so
id better stay with them on this
