I am  trying to load the program and keep geting a file error that says 4 files are missing.

And what are the 4 files it says are missing? Did you make sure your antivirus removed them for any reason? Did you download the setup or the portable zip version?

Ok the files are:

Backup_failed_?
vss_pause.exe
vss_start.exe
twealomg_ras.exe

I can''t see all of the string on the first file.

All of those exe's are made by me and for some reason your antivirus is flagging them as a false positive and removing them. I test each one of those on virustotal.com and they where all good and had no false positives, what antivirus do you have installed?

Ok I have turned off all of my vires software Notron, Malware.  And still it will not install.  So every install has worked until 2.8.2.  i am willing to do what it takes to get the software to work.

The files are in the installer, norton must still be removing them even though it is off.

What is the size of the setup file you have?

Also you can grab the portable zip version from here as well, both downloads have a direct download option, that means it downloads directly from my site

Hi

Ok I down loaded the software on to a PC that has Norton on it and it worked.  I think I know what is causing my problem.  I am running a Vires package called Sophos on the system.  I think I need to turn off that one and see if it is the cause.  Will let you know happens.  Sophos is not a well known vires package and not a lot of users use it yet.  So wish me luck.

If that is what was removing the files make sure to submit the files to them. that way they will see they are false positives and then update their virus defs to remove the false positive on them
