Repair Winsock & DNS Cache

I have a problem getting a couple of weeks ago and the problem is opposed to IP address and do not know what the cause of this problem! And run your program does not fix the problem! Odd, my program already does those commands. But it does save the network reg key and puts it back afterwards, this is done for people who have static ip info.

Thanks but should add more repair for the network? Some malicious programs kills computer connection.! Or damage!
