I had an issue running the Windows Repair tool, an issue that I created. Shane was very attentetive on the forums, very involved. Once we came to the point that just describing what was going on, and that I couldn't figure it out, he spent the better half of an afternoon on Teamviewer checking, changing, and rechecking everything he could. It was fun to watch, and more importantly, he got the job done. Turns out we found a set of keys not present in previous versions of Windows. Any how, I couldn't be more happy with the results and would recommend ANY of his products or services. Thanks again, bud. I'll be able to sleep tonight.
